This is a translation for reference. The official text is the Japanese version below; if they differ, the Japanese version prevails.

1. The service

Visa Support is a tool that helps users prepare their own Japanese visa renewal application: answer questions in your own language, have the answers placed in the right boxes of the official form, and view a reference list of documents. It is not a lawyer or administrative scrivener (gyoseishoshi) service, does not submit applications on your behalf, does not give individual legal advice and does not assess whether a permit will be granted. The document list is general information based on guidance published by the Immigration Services Agency. Visa Support is a private service, not part of or affiliated with the Immigration Services Agency or any government body.

2. Scope and prohibited use

  • Use it only to prepare your own application or that of a family member. Company sections (for example for Specified Skilled Worker, the 所属機関 forms) may only be completed by a person authorized by that company, or after the company has confirmed the content; workers must not make the company's declarations on its behalf. Do not use it to prepare applications for other people for business purposes or in return for payment (including as a placement agency, support organization or their staff).
  • For this reason, within 30 days an account can download applications for at most as many people as that visa type has drafts. If you need to download for someone else (for example after correcting a mistyped date of birth), contact us.
  • Do not enter false information or use it to forge or improperly alter documents.
  • Do not abuse the service: creating multiple accounts to collect downloads, using automated tools, deliberately overloading it or accessing it without authorization.
  • Users under 18 need the consent of their legal representative.

3. User responsibility

  • You are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of everything you enter, and for deciding whether to submit the application.
  • When you enter information about other people (family, sponsor, company, etc.), you confirm that they have given you permission.
  • Some supporting documents (for example the 身元保証書 guarantee letter) are filled in only with the answers you entered, on the official form; the printed text is the official form's own and Visa Support adds no wording of its own. Being filled in does not mean the content has been reviewed: check that it matches the facts and take responsibility for its content before using it.
  • Compare the file with the latest form and guidance from the Immigration Services Agency before submitting. Signatures, dates and items that must be handwritten are completed by the persons concerned.
  • False statements in an application can lead to refusal, revocation of status of residence or legal action under Japanese law.

4. Downloads, download passes and fees

  • Trial period: free of charge. New accounts receive 3 application-form downloads valid for 30 days; each download of the application form uses 1 download, while supporting documents are free and unlimited; valid feedback earns a further 1 download. Expired downloads are lost and cannot be exchanged for money. Downloads obtained through fraud or abuse may be revoked.
  • Download passes: you can buy a 1-day, 1-week or 1-month (30-day) pass. During the pass you can download files without limit without using up any downloads. The price of each plan is shown on the purchase screen, consumption tax included. Payment is one-off through Stripe, with no automatic renewal.
  • A pass takes effect as soon as payment is completed. If you buy while a pass is running, the new pass starts when the current one ends. A pass belongs to the account that bought it and cannot be transferred. We may limit the download rate to prevent abuse.
  • Cancellation and refunds: because a pass is digital content, an activated pass cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where we fail to provide the service through our own fault or the law requires it. When a payment is refunded or disputed, the pass for it ends immediately. A pass obtained through fraud or abuse may be revoked.

5. No guarantee and limitation of liability

  • Decisions are made by the Immigration Services Agency. We do not guarantee that an application created with this tool will be accepted, that a visa will be renewed, or that the forms and document list are always the latest versions.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or special damages or lost opportunities arising from use of the tool, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence. This does not exclude rights that consumer protection law does not allow to be excluded.

6. Changes, suspension and account termination

We may change or suspend the service (for example for maintenance or when a form changes) and may suspend accounts that breach section 2. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu. Accounts inactive for 24 months are deleted automatically after notice by email, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Ownership

The official forms are issued by the Immigration Services Agency. The software, explanatory content and interface of Visa Support belong to the operator. What you enter remains yours.

8. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Osaka District Court (大阪地方裁判所) also has jurisdiction as a court of first instance over disputes, to the extent permitted by law and without affecting consumers' rights.

9. Changes to these terms and contact

These terms may be updated; the date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page. For material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you can delete your account. They are written in Japanese, and the Japanese version is the official text. Versions in other languages, including this one, are translations for reference; if they differ, the Japanese version prevails. Contact: okatech0311@gmail.com.

1. サービスについて

Visa Supportは、ご自身の在留期間更新許可申請の準備を支援するツールです。ご自身の言語で質問に答えると、回答が公式様式の所定の欄に入力され、参考の必要書類リストを確認できます。弁護士・行政書士によるサービスではなく、申請の代理提出、個別の法的助言、許可の見込みの判断は行いません。必要書類リストは、出入国在留管理庁が公表する案内に基づく一般的な情報です。Visa Supportは民間のサービスであり、出入国在留管理庁その他の行政機関とは一切関係ありません。

2. 利用範囲と禁止事項

  • ご自身またはご家族の申請書類の準備にのみ使用してください。所属機関に関する部分（例：特定技能の所属機関用様式）は、当該機関の権限を有する方が記入するか、機関の内容確認を経たうえで記入してください。労働者が機関に代わって機関の申告事項を記入してはいけません。業として、または報酬を得て他人の申請書類を作成する目的（仲介業者、支援機関またはその従業員としての利用を含む）には使用できません。
  • このため、1つのアカウントで30日間に書類をダウンロードできる申請人は、在留資格の種類ごとに下書きの数までです。ほかの方の分が必要な場合（例：誤って入力した生年月日を訂正した場合）は、お問い合わせください。
  • 虚偽の情報を入力すること、書類の偽造や不正な改変に使用することはできません。
  • サービスの濫用（ダウンロード回数取得のための複数アカウント作成、自動化ツールの使用、意図的な過負荷、不正アクセス）はできません。
  • 18歳未満の方は、法定代理人の同意が必要です。

3. ユーザーの責任

  • 入力した全ての情報の真実性・正確性、および申請するかどうかの判断は、ユーザーご自身の責任です。
  • 他人（家族、扶養者、所属機関など）の情報を入力する場合は、その方の許可を得ていることを確認していただきます。
  • 身元保証書など一部の添付書類は、ユーザーが入力した回答のみを公式様式に転記したものです。印字されている文面は公式様式のものであり、Visa Supportが独自に文面を作成・追加することはありません。転記されたことは内容が審査・確認済みであることを意味しません。ご自身で事実に合っているか確認し、その内容について責任を負ったうえでご使用ください。
  • 提出前に、出入国在留管理庁の最新の様式・案内とファイルを照合してください。署名、日付、自筆が必要な項目は、当事者ご本人が記入します。
  • 申請書への虚偽記載は、不許可、在留資格の取消し、または日本法に基づく処罰につながる可能性があります。

4. ダウンロード回数、ダウンロードパスと料金

  • 試用期間中は無料です。アカウント作成時に申請書のダウンロード3回分が付与され、30日間有効です。申請書のダウンロード1回につき1回分を消費し、添付書類は無料で回数の制限はありません。有効なご意見の送信でさらに1回分が付与されます。期限切れの回数は失効し、金銭に換えることはできません。不正または濫用により取得した回数は取り消されることがあります。
  • ダウンロードパス：1日、1週間、1か月（30日間）のパスを購入できます。パスの有効期間中は、ダウンロード回数を消費せずにファイルを無制限にダウンロードできます。各プランの価格は購入画面に表示し、消費税込みです。お支払いはStripeによる一回払いで、自動更新はありません。
  • パスは決済完了後ただちに有効になります。パスの利用中に追加購入した場合、新しいパスは現在のパスの終了後に開始します。パスは購入したアカウントに紐付き、譲渡できません。不正利用防止のため、ダウンロードの頻度を制限することがあります。
  • キャンセル・返金：デジタルコンテンツの性質上、有効化後のパスのキャンセル・返金はできません。ただし、当社の責めに帰すべき事由によりサービスを提供できない場合および法令上必要な場合を除きます。決済が返金または支払い紛争となった場合、そのパスはただちに終了します。不正または濫用により取得したパスは取り消されることがあります。

5. 保証の否認と責任の制限

  • 審査は出入国在留管理庁が行います。本ツールで作成した書類が受理されること、在留期間が更新されること、様式や必要書類リストが常に最新であることを保証しません。
  • 法令上許される範囲で、当社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、本ツールの利用により生じた間接損害、特別損害、機会の喪失について責任を負いません。ただし、消費者保護法令上排除できない権利を排除するものではありません。

6. 変更、停止およびアカウントの停止

メンテナンスや様式変更などの際にサービスを変更または停止することがあり、第2条に違反したアカウントを停止することがあります。アカウントはアカウントメニューからいつでも削除できます。24か月間利用のないアカウントは、プライバシーポリシーに記載のとおり、メールでの事前通知の後に自動的に削除されます。

7. 権利の帰属

公式様式は出入国在留管理庁が発行したものです。Visa Supportのソフトウェア、解説コンテンツおよび画面は運営者に帰属します。ユーザーが入力した内容はユーザーに帰属します。

8. 準拠法と裁判所

本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争については、法令で許される範囲で、消費者の権利を妨げない限り、大阪地方裁判所も第一審の管轄裁判所とします。

9. 規約の変更と連絡先

本規約は更新されることがあり、最新の更新日はページ上部に表示します。重要な変更は、効力発生前にアプリ内またはメールでお知らせします。効力発生日以降も引き続きサービスを利用された場合、新しい規約に同意したものとします。同意されない場合はアカウントを削除できます。本規約は日本語で作成しており、日本語版を正本とします。その他の言語版は参考のための翻訳であり、内容に相違がある場合は日本語版が優先します。連絡先：okatech0311@gmail.com。
